Ballet:

- Ballet is a very disciplined art. Part of the discipline involves dressing and grooming. All students must come to ballet class in uniform. Your dancer needs to wear a bodysuit and tights, and a pair of canvas split sole ballet shoes. Boys can wear shorts and socks with their ballet shoes. Any dancer with long hair needs to have it pulled back in a neat bun.
- Clothing must be stretchy. Some suggestions include, bodysuits and skirts, shorts and tight fitting t-shirts, tank and bra tops, yoga style pants – anything that allows the body to move freely. Tap shoes are required for all tap classes. Hair should be pulled back, out of the face, into a ponytail if long enough.
- Loose fitting clothes such as shorts and t-shirts, yoga pants or jogging pants and a top are suggested for this class. Clean, new running shoes are required for the feet. No outdoor shoes please.
